Sr Relationship Manager - Fraud

Our client is currently seeking a Sr Manager - Fraud.
This job will have the following responsibilitiesLead the fraud organizationResponsible for Internal and External Fraud investigations.
Manage a team that consists of fraud Supervisors, and Investigator, and fraud detection specialists.
Responsibility of daily operations, budget, performance management and professional development of the teamAnalyze and report fraud and related risk and event experience to senior management Monitor monthly reports from supervisors on representative statistics such as Average Handle Time, Availability, and Quality.
Review, investigate, and track suspicious activity, analyze trends, communicate fraud/security threats to management, and provide recommendations for loss mitigation as needed.
Strategic thought leaderParticipate in high level meetings on strategic planning, goals, and Customer Care issuesIncrease operational efficiencies to streamline and simplify process flows Help define the best end to end experience to optimize screening servicesBeing outspoken and thinking pro-actively about problems that could ariseActively seek out improvement ideas from team members and communicate them to managementContact Jim Lepone at 484-270-9287 or email removed

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
