JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
As a Pump Solutions Regional Strategic Account Manager, you are the catalyst for growth within the Industrial marketplace. Your role affords you nearly unlimited earning potential through an industry leading commission program, designed to reward your success.
You will be charged with the growth of Sunbelt's newest specialty division Pump Solutions within the Industrial Market segment. Your role will be a solutions provider for temporary industrial pumping applications.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Prospect and target potential Strategic Industrial Account opportunities within your region.
Coordinate sales calls and presentations with local Sales Reps on Industrial Strategic Accounts.
Develop relationships with the targeted Strategic Industrial accounts within their assigned territory with the goal of becoming the first call with these customers.
Prepare Agreements and presentations for regional agreements.
Work selected national and regional trade shows, driving high ROI.
Act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for certain Regional Strategic Accounts whom require this level of service in order to conduct business with Sunbelt Rentals on a regional or national scope.
Design and implement temporary fluid handling solutions within those Industrial Strategic accounts.
Source equipment throughout the Sunbelt system, coordinate delivery, monitor invoicing, review On-Rent reports weekly for targeted customers, mediate invoicing disputes, and other account maintenance issues as are required.
Perform other duties assigned as assigned by the manager.
Represent the full value of the bandwidth of Sunbelt rentals and services. Keep SBR and customers up to date with needs and expectations of this sector. And engage full account management resources, such as Command Center, QuE quotes, MSP and so on.
QUALIFICATIONS
High School Diploma + 8 years' work experience or College degree and 4+ years' work experience
4+ years in Outside Sales or Sales Management role in construction, industrial, environmental, mining or petrochemical sales/rental. Documented successful territory management showing consistent revenue growth.
Comfortable cold calling on new accounts.
Basic Microsoft Office and Wynne RentalMan (a plus but not required)
Teamwork skills
Comfortable calling on jobsites and corporate office.
Ability to incorporate the Specialty Businesses into their presentations and product offerings.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
